Tonight’s Grub

Yours Truly presents a semi-noteworthy meal (I am my harshest critic). I would definitely recommend this chicken again because it had a TON of flavor for a very decent price. I found this recipe at Rachel Ray’s website, called Garlic Roast Chicken with Rosemary and Lemon. Taking only 30 minutes to prepare and bake, I had time to cook the green beans in almonds and lemon, and stick biscuits in the oven as well. I really enjoyed the rosemary flavor because it was different, but not too weird.
