Top Ramen Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages crumbled Top Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
  • 10 oz. white chicken (canned works well, drain before adding to salad)
  • 1 small head cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 avocado (optional for garnish)

Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 flavor packets from Top Ramen noodles

Instructions:
Combine ingredients in bowl. Whisk dressing ingredients until well mixed. Pour over salad. Toss and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Garnish and serve.
