Sesame Almond Asparagus and Pasta “Shells”

Comfort food: delicious and (not necessarily ) nutritious!


Saute cut aspargus with olive oil, a small amount of sesame oil, sliced almonds, and salt and peper.


Stuff cooked pasta shells (I used manicotti noodles instead) with a mixture of melted cream cheese, dill, and clams (optional-use the canned diced clams). Place in pan, top with parmesan and bake until cheese is melted and noodles begin to turn golden.
