A Take on Tuna


Mix canned tuna with thousand island dressing and mustard. Spread onto whole wheat bread. Dice tomatoes and add them on them to the tuna. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and shredded asiago cheese on top. Add a few dashes of Italian herbs. Broil until sandwich begins to brown. Enjoy with carrot sticks and apple slices for a healthy lunch.

(One can of tuna makes two sandwiches)
