3 point eat your veggies stir fry


For those “Weight Watchers” out there, this meal is only 3 POINTS!! And the fresh vegetables are delicious. Add protein with chicken or tofu for larger appetites.


  • Yellow Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Spinach
  • Green Beans
  • 1 tsp olive oil (1 pt)
  • 1/2 c brown rice (2 points)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Put the oil in the pan, add the vegetables. Cook til crisp-tender. Prepare rice. Put veggies over rice and add soy sauce.
