Mango Chicken Sausage


Allow me to recommend to you this ingredient that is so versatile and delicious. Great with couscous, rice, stir fry, and a variety of sauces and mix-ins so you can be creative. These are leftovers from my dinner that I enjoyed the next day in studio. A mélange of mango chicken sausage (trader joe’s) with red bell pepper, yellow onion, pineapple chunks, grated fresh ginger, brown rice, and erin’s secret sauce***.  Served with a side of broccoli sauted in peanut oil with teriyaki and ginger.


***Something sweet, tangy, and tasty that only she know how to concoct.
