thanksgiving turkey wraps

not sure what to do with all those turkey day leftovers? make a wrap!

Thanksgiving Turkey Wraps

Cream Cheese (I used low-fat)
Cranberry Sauce
Fresh turkey slices (or shreds)
Shredded Lettuce
1 Tomato (sliced)
Cooked Bacon (in strips)

1. Smear 2 tablespoons cream cheese and cranberry sauce on one side of a tortilla.
2. Place two to three slices of turkey on one half of the tortilla.
3. Add shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and 2 strips bacon on same side (don’t use too much lettuce because the tortilla will be too full to wrap).
4. Starting on the side with the turkey, bacon, etc, roll the tortilla tightly toward the empty side, tucking ends in as you roll it to secure all the ingredients.
5. Slice diagonally near the center of the rolled tortilla & ta-da! A delicious turkey wrap for lunch.
