Bread Crumb Teriyaki Salmon

For all you salmon lovers out there…
For all you time savers…
For all you people who don’t eat the ends of your loaves of bread….

1 salmon, preferably already beheaded and whatnot

2 pieces of whole wheat bread, particularly the ends! (who EATS those?)

Soyaki sauce (Trader Joe’s teriyaki sauce…or any kind of teriyaki sauce…we make a lot of TJoe’s plugs)

Salt + Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the fish on a piece of tinfoil, within a shallow metal/glass baking pan. Chop the slices of bread into small, crumbly pieces. Drizzle, by the tablespoon, soyaki onto the top of the salmon. Sprinkle bread crumbs and roll them around until they are made moist by the sauce. Keep patting, rolling, drizzling, and salt and peppering until the salmon is evenly coated (see photo).

Depending on size of fish, bake for at least a half hour, or until flaky. Serve with brown rice and veggies!
